Isabel was born at Melbourne Australia. Her father was born in Australia. And her mom is Swiss. Her family lived in Switzerland Melbourne Jabiru, a tiny town in Northern Territory called Cairns and Cairns Australia. With her sister Nina, she went to schools in which First Nations and other children of different cultures were included. Isabel lives in Byron Bay NSW Australia. Isabel has been active in drama since her school days. She continued to study drama in the Victorian College of Arts Queensland University of Technology and more lately, she studied in the PEM Method (Perdekamp Emotional Method). In the years prior to 2002, she hadn't had an audition. She was cast for the part of Home and Away, 1988. The producers felt she wasn't appropriate for the role but they were impressed enough and created a new role for her Tasha. She spent 3 years playing her first TV role. She was awarded the Logie Award (for new popular talent) for her performance. In 2008, Isabel relocated from New York to Los Angeles. She made her breakthrough in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, (2009). She has since starred in a variety of US and Australian films, and has won numerous nominations. Isabel has recently appeared of Bosh & Rockit - Ocean Boy the film that rapidly becoming a mainstay of Australian cinema. Isabel will also be seen in the upcoming thriller Lunacy. Isabel has also wrapped Sons of Summer and is currently in the process of preparing for the role as Marie Curie in Radiant with award-winning writer/director Annika Glac.
